内容多级审核问题

CMS版本7.2.2网站设置三级审核时，第二级审核只能通过编辑打开内容编辑，但是审核通过后没有审核记录。第二级审核如果直接从内容的状态字段点击会退出用户登录。第三级审核也存在同样的问题。
