电脑是win10，安装有宝塔，服务器是Nginx 1.21.1，安装sscms 的时候，提示 Request failed with status code 404 系统检测到文件夹权限不足，您需要赋予根目录 NETWORK SERVICE 以及 IIS_IUSRS 读写权限 即使设置了权限，还是报404

Windows 系统下用IIS试试，一般LINUX下用NGINX
