【BUG】后台文件管理菜单的BUG

1、在后台素材管理-》文件管理菜单中删除文件，虽然从列表中删除掉了，但是文件实际还存在upload\files\目录中 2、分组无效，上传的文件都是在全部分组中，不是按照站点分组的，移动分组功能也无效，就算在站点文章中上传的文件，也都是在全部分组中，点击单独站点分组不显示
