Popup (Using StickyWin)

The popup uses Aaron Newton's StickyWinUI.

Issues:

• Popup does not always center vertically
• If applied and called to more than one element the hyperlink popup will not fill in the selected text in the second element.
• In IE6, if called before fully initializing, the 'ok' button does not automatically close the popup.
• Popup is duplicated for each element it is called to, which is wasteful but not a problem.
