Icon Form Field: Add support for Dashicons

These common icons are included with every WordPress install so people are very familiar with them. As such, it wouldn't be a bad idea to add them to add them to the icon form field.

It's actually precisely because these are included in a WordPress install that they're slightly harder to include in the current icon field implementation. Still worth adding though.
