Widgets Page: Expand search to include author name

You should be able to search for a widgets author via the search form on the widgets page. For example, if I was looking for all SiteOrigin Widgets I couldn't simply type in SiteOrgin as that would return zero results.

This would likely remove the need for third-party plugins to name their widgets: [COMPANY] [WIDGET NAME]
