General Responsive Pass of Widgets in Site Editor and Customizer

We should do a general responsive pass of widget forms inside of the site editor and customizer.

To fix:

The media field with the fallback field can result in an overlap. (SO Video widget example)

The aforementioned overlap is resolved by https://github.com/siteorigin/so-widgets-bundle/pull/2164. Should still do a general pass.
