Maps: Allow user to manually set marker icon size

The user should be allowed manually to set the marker icon size if they so choice. This will allow them to have more control over the marker icon size as currently if they specify an icon that's slightly too big it may cause problems.

It would also be a good idea to make mention of optimal dimensions for the marker icon.
