Support for Custom Row Colours

Add a filer that allows for custom row colours. This filter will need to:

  • Allow re-ordering and removal of existing colours.
  • Allow more than the current number of colours.
  • Automatically generate the CSS for the colours (maybe worth swapping to the JS adding the colour directly).
