Layout Directory: Add a category and/or tagging system to allow for filtering

With the recent steps to expand the layout directory's expansiveness, we need to consider the possibility that there could be a very large amount of layouts present in the directory at any given time. Currently, the only filtering options that the user has is a basic search and this is fine based on the number of layouts currently present. The ability to category things by use and/or color will greatly improve the usability of the layouts directory.
