WooCommerce: Reported Shop and Terms and Conditions Conflict

A user has reported that when adding a slider or Page Builder area on their assigned Shop page, the Terms and Conditions area on the Checkout page renders the Shop Page Builder content instead of the assigned Terms of Service page content. Unfortunately, I've been unable to replicate the issue.
