Severity values got issue in Terraform Import.

When I tried to import Monitors for example website monitors to terraform the config value having null values but when I tried to apply the same code for match_segex_severity and similar severity labels are newly applying changes to '2'. When I see in the UI also it default selected to trouble. Why we can't see option 1 only 0 and 2 ..i.e., down and trouble and why import config is null but when we apply why it looking to update newly for severity "2". That's might be a big or it default.
