Are there plans to add a plan for broken links

Not ATM, but it's a reasonable idea. This would require some sort of background processing which might be enabled with #59. Other than that it would require some design planning around how to display broken URLs and how to filter for them.

Another vote for this. I've just installed linkding and loaded in all my old bookmarks. Would be great if there was an easy way to cull (or at least find) dead links.

Hi, in the thread I opened (#674) not finding this I suggested that the background task add tags in case of error. In any case, it is an important function for me too. But I'm sad if implementation has never been considered from 2021 to now, I don't have much hope that it will be considered now.
