No way to pass parameter to each effe???

Most likely I would like to move to https://github.com/urfave/cli and make everything simpler.

The choice of not use cli aimed to keep everything as small as possible, maybe I prefer to have everything as simple as possible.

Most likely I should measure the real tradeoff, maybe cli does not add much to the library weight.
