Torrent stuck in "Downloading" with 0% althouh it was downloaded.

Current Behavior

Manually added magnet link in UI. File was previously downloaded by RD and available there.

Logs below

UI:

File was downloaded and I checked it was ok.

Expected Behavior

UI reports files was downloaded and status changed.

Is this with Torbox? There is a race condition that I have seen.
