Cleanuparr isn't working for torrents.

Current Behavior

Cleanuparr doesn't seem to be working due to the following error:

Cleanuparr is very important because it will remove and blacklist stalled torrents, slow torrents, torrents that can't download metadata, etc.

Expected Behavior

Decypharr should report as being an enabled torrent client.
