[Feature Request] Add ability to ignore / fail RAR downloads

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When I have integrated Decypharr into radarr & sonarr, sometimes a torrent gets picked that contains a "RAR" file to be unzipped.

The problem for me is that most of the content I download don't have stuff rar'd, and usually the RAR files are basically a broken / spam torrent.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd love an option to be able to set in Decypharr settings to "ignore / fail" RAR torrents / downloads.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Best alternative I have right now is to manually go into sonarr or radarr and then blocklist the torrent with the RAR file, but if this could be automated so that Decypharr automatically ignores these files, then that might be best.

Anything else?

Nothing else.

Go to Settings - General, remove rar from allowed extensions

3gp, ac3, aiff, alac, amr, ape, asf, asx, avc, avi, bin, bivx, dat, divx, dts, dv, dvr-ms, flac, fli, flv, ifo, m2ts, m2v, m3u, m4a, m4p, m4v, mid, midi, mk3d, mka, mkv, mov, mp2, mp3, mp4, mpa, mpeg, mpg, nrg, nsv, nuv, ogg, ogm, ogv, pva, qt, ra, rm, rmvb, strm, svq3, ts, ty, viv, vob, voc, vp3, wav, webm, wma, wmv, wpl, wtv, wv, xvid

These are my allowed extensions. I didn't change these settings since the first time I deployed Decypharr in my docker container.

Yet it had downloaded a torrent file with a RAR file inside it 🤔

I was even able to enable the "pre process compress file" option and trigger a redownload from radarr and then I was able to see the contents of that RAR file in the downloads folder of Decypharr.
