Current Behavior
Could not get Rclone Mount to work. I keep getting several errors.
Expected Behavior
rclone to mount WebDAV folder as per set parameters.
Steps To Reproduce
My setup is decypharr stable-1.1.3 on Windows (directly, not via Docker), with separate zurg + rclone instance to mount RD.
Rclone Mount Settings Global mount path: Z:\ (this is an unused, unmounted drive letter) No other settings changed
Debrid Services Mount/Rclone Folder: R:_all_ (virtual drive mounted via zurg + rclone) Enable WebDAV ticked No other settings changed
Qbittorrent Download Folder: D:\decypharr (on a physical drive, not sure if this is relevant)
With the above configuration, I tried to mount the WebDAV folders and got the following error: 2025-08-27 02:55:57 | ERROR | [rclone] Mount attempt failed error="failed to create mount directory Z:\realdebrid: mkdir Z:\realdebrid: The system cannot find the path specified." attempt=1 provider=realdebrid
Changing the global mount path to an existing folder (D:\mnt) gives: 2025-08-27 02:59:37 | ERROR | [rclone] Mount attempt failed error="failed to create mount for realdebrid: failed to mount FUSE fs: mountpoint path already exists: D:\mnt\realdebrid" attempt=1 provider=realdebrid Deleting the realdebrid subfolder and running again gives same error, with the subfolder appearing again.
The objective here is to completely forgo the separate zurg + rclone instances & use only decypharr to mount RD WebDAV. I think I have configured it totally incorrectly.

I'll say you should start afresh. From your logs, it seems you're getting mount clashes.
The first step is to stop both decypharr, rclone, and zurg. Also, disable decypharr internal mounting.
- Start decypharr alone, enabling the WebDAV and confirming WebDAV is up and running(via the UI)
- Use your external rclone to try to mount the WebDAV. If that works, then stop rclone, unmount, and then stop decypharr
- Then start decypharr again, enable internal mount, and confirm if it's working.

Check rclone logs(You can see it in the stats page) to see what's going on. Rclone mount(or volume mounting generally) is tricky on Windows, so there's that

Rclone logs (no logs, error message): Error reading log file
I'm trying as well to use decypharr on Windows but stuck on the same issue as well. Tried multiple configurations without a success. I can confirm running zurg + rclone manually, I don't get any issues, so it is not a Windows issue. Looking at the code for the mount process though, @sirrobot01 is running mkdirAll command which does fail on Windows, since Windows can't really create a folder without a proper mount point, eg Z: virtual drive. This is what the error logs show as well.

My proposed solution is to first execute the rclone mount command on Windows to properly mount the path and then run the mkdir command.

I am having the same issue, this is what appears in my rclone log. I have the app in c:\decypharr so this path causes it to create the folder inside there, but the same issue occurs if I use an absolute path.

Edit: I reported this issue, which was caused by incorrect handling of the mount in Windows, and it has now been resolved.
