延迟时间具体是什么意思？

延迟时间具体是什么意思？比如我设置了一个重启任务，设置了延时时间30分钟，是不是这个设备关机之后，不会立即启动，而是会在30分钟之后才启动，如果是这样的话，那延迟时间的具体单位是多少，分钟？毫秒？还是啥？
