限速方式咨询

请问大佬支持以下方式操作吗？ 1、设置几个不限速的mac或ip，其余的限速 2、ip以 2-200的方式设置，单独一个一个的去设置太繁琐了

Does the boss support the following operations? 1. Set a few macs or ips with no speed limit, and limit the speed of the rest. 2. Set the ips in a range of 2-200. It is too cumbersome to set them one by one.
