Suggestions for default palettez

I noticed a couple palettes were missing from SLADE's default selection: Build engine games (Extreme Paintbrawl, Redneck Rampage, Rock'n Shaolin, Witchhaven I & II) Independent Doom engine games (The Adventures of Square, Harmony, Hedon, REKKR) Necrodome (Released by Raven about the same time as Hexen) Remaining STEAM engine games (World Of Aden: Thunderscape, In Pursuit Of Greed) Super Noah's Ark 3D (Colors were re-arranged from Wolf3D)

A palette preview for the defaults would also be nice.
