Issue Details: My slade ever since one of the updates after the full recode last year has shown every file's name in slightly condensed form, no matter the length of it and no matter what updates or full complete installs i do.

Happens globally to every folder, acs becomes a... and so on, longer files have the same almost always 2 character chunk taken out of them.
