Copy conundrum

SLADE Version: (3.X.X.x) Operating System: (Windows/Linux/OSX)

Issue Details: Slade constantly forces me to quit doing what I'm doing over two files with the same name, which they are for a reason, and therefore I cannot change them because the game the files are used for goes by a pattern: one set of sprites for one thing, another set of sprites for another thing. But Slade continues to bother me over it, which has kept me from my free work. Is there any way to fix this?
