Quake .lmp conversion

Issue Details: I'm helping with an effort to translate Quake Enhanced to Brazilian Portuguese and wanted to know if Slade will get a feature to convert images to and from Quake .lmp format eventually. We need that sort of feature for editing and translating UI images. Of course I do not wish to act entitled about this. I'm more curious about the possibility of having the feature than anything really.

If anyone knows an alternative tool that can do the job I would also love to know about it. Ive tried fimg so far and it had too many issues with Alpha channel to be useful.

It's certainly on the radar but a pretty low priority currently
