Can't edit JagDoom or 32X IWADs

SLADE Version: (3.2.0.beta2) Operating System: (Windows)

Issue Details: Regardless of the iwad_lock setting, the files are saved as PWADs and more importantly - in little endian format. Also, lumps in either format are supposed to be aligned to 4-byte boundary.
