Map editor window opens in the background

SLADE Version: 3.2.0 beta 2 Operating System: Windows 7

Issue Details: Double click a map marker in the WAD directory, click Open Map, and see the map editor window appear briefly before the main window but then immediately disappear behind it. This doesn't always happen on the first open after launching Slade, but does on subsequent ones. Having to bring it in front is a small annoyance.

v3.1.12 didn't do this.

Hmm I can't reproduce this one at all, wonder if it's something to do with windows 7

Possibly, but I am unable to test on other OSes any time soon.
