ACS Function popup is incorrect sized

SLADE Version: 3.2.0 (HEAD@29c9b9b) Operating System: macOS

Issue Details: On the HEAD version on macOS, the popup that gives an ACS function's documentation/args is oddly sized. It goes from your mouse to the very bottom right of the screen. Sadly I can't actually take a screenshot of it, but hopefully this description suffices.

I had originally gotten an error thrown (I think it was an assertion that failed), but I'm now unable to reproduce it.

This is compiled with commit ae1bcc5 (HEAD as of this issue) of wxWidgets.
