Responsive Issue: Overlapping 'SirixDB' Logo and 'Welcome' Text on Smaller Screens

Describe the bug In the responsive view, the "SirixDB" logo and the "Welcome" text overlap with each other, causing a layout issue. This makes the page look cluttered and difficult to read on smaller screens.

To Reproduce

1. Open the page containing the "SirixDB" logo and the "Welcome" text.
2. Switch to a smaller screen size or open the page in responsive mode using browser dev tools.
3. Observe the overlap between the logo and the "Welcome" text.

Expected behavior The "SirixDB" logo and the "Welcome" text should remain properly aligned and spaced across all screen sizes. There should be no overlap between them.
