Fork the sample binary packet to utilize generics and value type classes

This will simplify some of the syntax and give it some more features.

Also look into removing JSDoc and think about using decorators. So utilize parameter decorators and such. Perhaps create a document separately to define "standard" decorator names. @doc maybe.
