Option to show both Playback and Recording devices

I find that I need to switch audio playback or recording devices at different times. It would be good to be able to view both sets of devices in the menu - this would be a third configuration option, ie under Default GUI Devices besides Playback and Recording, it would be Both.

This is related but different to the other profiles question - that allows switching both playback and recording at the same time through a configured profile. This would also be useful (may be even better than my suggestion), but if it is more difficult to implement, than showing both would be sufficient for my uses.

Otherwise I like your utility, especially showing the volumes at the same time.
