AudioSwitch - Unable to reach settings when QuickSwitch & Always Visible are enabled

Hi Folks,

Same behavior reported behavior in Issue #88, I think I found the culprit!

AudioSwitch v2.2.0 Windows 10 v1703 x64

Steps to recreate:

1. Set both QuickSwitchEnabled=true and AlwaysVisible=true
2. Attempt to reveal settings via tray icon

@sirWest Thank you so much for putting this together. As I mentioned in issue #140 , even with the creator's update this app is extremely helpful. I've only begun to play with it but see it really streamlining things.

Special thanks to @GlutenBoy for specifying where to find the settings file. (I was locked out of settings even after trying to uninstall/reinstall! )
