V2.2.2.0 Startup failing + Suggestions
I'm not sure what it is but the application won't start more often than not after logging in. There are no obvious related event log entries. I originally used the apps "enable on startup" options and then turned them off and created a batch file to start it. There are no error messages or anything to indicate its starting.
This still fails (perhaps not as often) even after introducing a 3 minute delay before starting it. Are there any logs to check or debugging to turn on?
It took me a while to work out which program (which audio switcher) this was and it's version, could that be put into an about box, title bar or somewhere?
Do you have an ErrorLog.txt under the appdata folder.
Normally: C:\Users<your username>\AppData\Local\AudioSwitch
I don't think the app writes in the event log.
You can see the version if you right click on "C:\Program Files (x86)\AudioSwitch\AudioSwitch.exe", and go to the Details tab. But I agree the version number should be more easily accessible.
