When get a SIP OPTIONS, reply 405 MethodNotAllowed

Remote SIP client send SIP OPTIONS to SIPUserAgent, but SIPUserAgent reply 405 MethodNotAllowed. How can I let SIPUserAgent reply 200 OK when I get a SIP OPTIONS request?
