Connections dropping on OSX Sequoia

Using the latest version of OSX (sequoia 15.1 beta and release channel) - connections work fine on same computer but connecting over the network or internet ICE completes, connection succeeds but then ICE gets disconnected after about 10 seconds.

For some reason this is only happening when it's running under a launchd service - works fine in terminal.

I understand this is an OSX issue just wondering if anyone has any ideas?
