I purchased a Console on July 7 from Aliexpress. It is a very useful research tool. However, the keyboard has stopped responding. The power button, red trackpoint and touch screen work, but none of the other keyboard buttons seem to work.
Had this problem. You can reset the keyboard by pressing Alt+Z on boot. Not sure about the Alt-modifier though, might be some thing else.

It is <Power> + Z, not Alt+Z, as I had written. See https://github.com/geerlingguy/sbc-reviews/issues/39

Hi, is it possible to make it boot a non-default OS - like from USB pendrive or anything else? I know how to flash the OS and even updated to the newest one and everything works OK - but I just wonder how can I start any other OS, like for example OpenBSD which also has RISC-V 64bit version, or FreeBSD or even a standard (unmodified) Debian distro for RV64?
I've compiled my own kernel (6.12-rc4) based on the original config: "/boot/config-5.10.113-zzz-sipeed-20240531+" --> ".config". How can I enable it in a bootloader? All internet instructions are either about LILO or grub, but risc-v uses other loaders, how can I make the new kernel default, or even better, how can I enable dual-boot allowing to select which kernel I want gto run? The original one or mine own?
I cannot get my Console to power on at all now. I've charged the devoce for a few days using the barrel connector, but holding down the power key for well over 3 seconds produces nothing. I will note that plugged in, the led on the back does come on, but I do not feel any heat coming from the case that I believe others felt when charging woth the adapter & barrel connector. Any thoughts?
Can I make remote reset by GPIO or something else ? Do we have remote control features from the board side ?
