GetUserInfoNoLogin() no longer works

instagram have updated their page, and now redirect to a login page instead of showing a preview of the profile.

also, there's a better way to get the api data than parsing the HTML: https://instagram.com/{user}/?__a=1 returns just the json data.

It does not work for me long time ago. Instagram now impose more restriction on content access. Two or three years ago there are almost no restrictions. I am quite busy right now so I cannot take a close look on the issue.
