Allow vnc to connect from multiple terminals

Thank you for publishing useful Docker images.

The current x11vnc option does not allow VNC connections from multiple terminals. It appears that this can be remedied by adding a -shared option, according to man page.

It is hoped that this option can be enabled, e.g. by an environment variable.
