Documentation - Typo in example for the case date and time are in separate fields

Hi,

just a small documentation issue: instead of -d " " -tf "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss,SSS" -f 1,2 from the README.md, one needs to specify -d " " -tf "yyyy-MM-ddHH:mm:ss,SSS" -f 1,2 (note the missing 'T' part) in order to make the timestamp extraction work.
