Support the japicmp gradle plugin

I'm using the https://github.com/melix/japicmp-gradle-plugin and it is working. But the plugin is out-to-date and could be considered as abandoned (no answer on issues or pull-requests for a while).

Why not supporting it here (at least by accepting and merging contributions)?

It looks like @melix has recently a merged a pull request. At least the plugin now uses japicmp in version 0.7.2.
