Storage of enchanted items

Hi, Just decided to try out the latest release after not playing with it for a while and I notice that enchanted items are no longer stored in the transmutation tablet. I also dont see the config file that we used to use to enable this feature. Am I missing something? Anywhere else I should be looking? Or was this not included in the new releases for reasons I am not aware of.
