Feature Request/Suggestion: Covalence Loss defaults, but also Covalence gain attribute that can change ingame on a per person basis

Hello, I had a thought for a mechanic that could be quite nice for modpack makers.

You have covalence loss as a default value in configs that can be set to a percentage. But I was wondering if at some point an attribute could be created that allows a user to add or subtract from the default value of cavalence loss, with a sanity checking value maximum and/or minimum in the main config also.

So it'd be like: Covalence Loss default: 0.25 (what everyone starts with in config) Covalence loss max: 1 (max allowed is 1.0 so it can't be ultra busted)

[Add Attribute] projecte:emc_effectiveness or like projecte:emc_proficiency Can be plus or minus in values probably around 0.1 - 1.0

This can then allow people to make like, augments, origins and equipment that improves alchemic stats by adding or subtracting upon the base config value on the fly. Or to use them in progressional points to improve upon their EMC gathering and effectiveness as a modpack or skill progresses.
