Spectator Mode and Red Katar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have the Red Katar selected in your hotbar
2. Go to spectator mode
3. Use the AOE kill effect hotkey
4. AOE Effect still works

What I expected to happen: AOE Effect: AOE effect not to work in spectator mode

What happened instead: AOE Effect stills works
