Energy Condenser and Transmutation Table/Tablet not showing items

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Energy Condenser and Transmutation table/tablet with items and with emc inside.

What I expected to happen: For the Transmutation tablet/table is to see all items available that it has learnt.

For the Energy Condenser to have a target item and you put items in/pipe them in with the GUI not open it makes items go invisible or show items that are not their.

What happened instead: For the Transmutation tablet/table is that the items are not shown till an arrow is clicked.

For the Energy Condenser is to have all items shown with items being put in or piped in.

Not fully sure when I will get to looking at this, but for when I do try reproducing this was this on a dedicated server or in single player?

Mekanism is the mod I use for pipes.

I have issued the same bug

When I open the energy condenser, it doesn't show me all the items it has generated when I was away. He will show them only when the next item is fully generated

I can't reproduce the issue for condensers, but I was able to reproduce the issue with the transmutation table/tablet.
