Steps to reproduce:

All "tool" type items (Dark/Red Matter Tools) do not have tool item tags nor do they have hold models. Essentially, one would hold a tool like they would do a non-weapon and non-block item, which shrinks and is turned into the item's inventory sprite icon. This should be relatively easy to fix: just tag and model the items for holding. This should also fix many mod integration issues.
