[1.14+] A Couple of Projectile Suggestions

Give the projectiles a shorter TTL, perhaps the same distance as the server/clients render distance? An example of why this would be a good idea is if you stumble upon one of the SWRG projectiles that hasn't gone too far your ears will be bombarded with wind noises. Could also maybe change the volume of the sound based on how far away from the projectile the player is.
Currently if you hold down R without pressing/unpressing any other buttons, projectiles will come out at an absurd rate, I suggest that only one projectile comes out for one press of the button or make the projectiles come out at a slower rate when holding R.
