[1.12.2] Archangel's Smite Not Accepting Arrows

ProjectE version: 1.4.1

Forge version: 14.23.5.2847

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Get archangel's smite with arrows in your inventory
  2. try to shoot

What I expected to happen: It accepts arrows from your inventory when you don't have emc

What happened instead: It ignores the arrows in you inventory

I am guessing that this feature is not in projecte?

I am aware that in EE2 it would use arrows, cobble and dirt if you don't have a Klien star with EMC.
