Steps to reproduce:

1. Thermal Expansion stronbox and satchel containing items, or other container-typer items can be lost in projectE table

What I expected to happen: the item, if it is an "item-container" type such as backpack, strongbox, satchel, etc, won't be allowed into the projectE table unless metadata says it's empty, or contains nil.

What happened instead: went into creative mode and cheated a bunch o' stuff back. but i thought i'd make a report and see if its an easy fix.
