Dark Matter Pedestal Not Accepting Items

Minecraft Version: 1.7.10. Age of Energy 1.7.10 mod pack, launched through Technic with PE added. ProjectE version: 1.10.1 Forge version: 1.2.0.345 No crashing was caused by this.

Steps to reproduce: Place Dark Matter Pedestal. Trying to put Repair Talisman in the pedestal does nothing. Tried opening the GUI but nothing comes up.

What I expected to happen: Place DMP. Place Repair Talisman in DMP. Enjoy effects of Repair Talisman

What happened instead: Nothing. Unable to add item to DMP.

Edit: Volcanite Amulet does not work either. Neither does Archangel's Smite

im also having this exact issue i cant place anything on my dmp im playing the same version (1.7.10) modpack is crazy craft 4 and /projectE resetEMC when holding the dmp doesnt do anything
