Icon for Cheogram JIDs in Gajim is Netscape-style "broken image" on first add/message

This appears to happen specifically in Gajim 0.16.6 (from Debian testing).

The image looks like a white document with a red 'X' in the corner when viewed in a chat window. When looking at the roster, there is no image shown beside the contact (not even the Gajim default person image).

Upon restarting Gajim, the expected "SMS icon" appears in both places.
