[Feature Request]: Add hover effect and title

Feature Description

Add hover effect and title to it . As the user point their curser to the button then it will show hover effect and the tilte of it like if the user come over colour picker button then it will show in box type structure which will enhace your project.. @singodiyashubham87 I want to work on this project Assign me this issue.

Use Case
